Rye International jazz and blues festival takes place from Thursday 22nd - Monday 26th August and encompasses the bank holiday weekend.

"This year’s programme includes superb intimate world class headline concerts which are staged in the stunning setting of St Mary’s Church and plenty of fantastic free music on the dedicated outdoor music stages which are located at the Kino Cinema Terrace and historical Butter Market both within the heart of Rye in Lion Street.

These events create a wonderful vibrant fun atmosphere and there will also be refreshments, food and bars serving your favourite drinks throughout each day. Expect the very best in jazz, blues, RnB, Soul, Folk, Roots, Latin, Cuban and contemporary music performances on the outdoor stage with performances taking place on Saturday 24th to Monday 26th August plus lots of live music at our many fringe venues in Rye."
